Bruno Gervais of the New York
Islanders and Maxime Talbot of
the Pittsburgh Penguins, have
decided to collaborate together
to host our second annual golf
tournament, The Gervais-Talbot
Open, which will be held Friday
July 9th, 2010, on the
picturesque links of the Club de
Golf St-Hyacinthe, in
St-Hyacinthe, Quebec.
Held in a Vegas format, the
Gervais-Talbot Open will be
especially lively, promising a
lot of fun and good times.
Contests and amusing challenges,
coupled with other surprises,
will be held along the course
and the tournament will be
followed by a succulent meal and
a silent auction of memorabilia
and other collectables signed
and offered by a host of NHL
players.
Several personalities of the
National League of Hockey and
the world of sports in general,
the artistic circle and the
media are awaited at the time of
this tournament, whose profits
will go to an organization which
helps autistic children: the
Fondation Les Petits Trésors [Foundation
for Little Treasures], which
focuses on autism research. We
will also be contributing to two
other organizations which help
children from underprivileged
families.
As
co-presidents of Honor of this
tournament, it's with a great
